Deborah's lifelike coloured pencil drawings capture each animal's individual personality and spirit, and she views portraits as an opportunity to gain an intimate relationship with her subject. Portraits of horses, cats, dogs and other animals are available by commission. Her repertoire also includes plants, birds and more.

 

To commission a portrait, Deborah requires several photographs and brief description of the animal's habits and personality to help her capture its true character.
