REGISTRATION
When workshop dates have been set
and registration is available, you
may register and securely pay on line using your credit card in one
simple step: just click on the "add to cart" button. You don't
need a Paypal account - just follow the instructions to enter your
credit card information.
Alternatively, you may register by
contacting Deborah by e-mail or phone. Visa and MasterCard are accepted
by phone or you can arrange to mail a cheque.
Supply lists and/or other instructions
will be sent to you via e-mail.
Fees must be paid in advance to confirm
your registration and reserve your space.
To avoid disappointment, please don't
wait till the last minute to register! Some workshops fill quickly
while others may be cancelled if under-enrolled (cancellation decisions
are made approximately three weeks prior to the workshop date).
If you're interested in a workshop that
doesn't yet have a date set, send Deborah an e-mail to be put on the
mailing list for notification.
REFUNDS
If you
have paid your registration fee and must cancel your attendance,
refund guidelines are as follows:
• If you give 30 days notice, your
fee will be refunded less a 25% administration fee to help cover
banking/credit card charges and administration costs.
• If you give less that 30 days
notice, no refund will be granted unless the space can be filled
from a waiting list, in which case your fee will be refunded less
the 25% administration fee.
Note that exceptions
to these refund guidelines may apply. All refund requests will be
considered on a case-by-case basis.
If the instructor cancels your
workshop, you have two refund options:
• Receive a 100% refund of your
fees
• Transfer 100% of your
registration fee to another workshop
